We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

We know you must be really excited to receive your treasures. We generally ship your order in 3-5 business days but some orders may take up to 14 business days to ship - you can read more about our processing times here.

How long it takes for your magical package to be delivered depends on several factors such as distance, weather conditions, the carrier, etc. Most domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days and sometimes even sooner. International orders may take up to 30 days for delivery.

We will send you an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also find the tracking number from within your account if you were logged into your Sage Goddess account during checkout. Click here to learn how to find orders in your account. Please note, it may take 1-3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.

How do I track my order?

We make use of a premium tracking service, Aftership, to track our shipments. Once an order is placed with us, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track your purchase at every step of the shipping process.
