We allow 24 hours from the time an order is placed to cancel an order. Once the grace period is over, we cannot cancel an order.

If you have store credit or a gift certificate/gift code, you can use them to pay for your purchase as well. The products listed under the sale category, One-Of-A-Kind Crystals, and Large or Curated Crystals are non-refundable. It is not possible to combine or use multiple discount codes and promotions simultaneously; only one can be applied per order. Furthermore, discounts and promotions are not applicable to subscription items.

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package. International shipments require the customer to claim their package at the nearest customs facility. You will be responsible for paying any duty fees, which will be determined upon pick up of your order.

As you checkout, you will have the option to select expedited options, if you are eligible. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

Please note that Amethyst Goddess requires a processing time 3-4 business days to prepare and pack your order for shipment. This timeframe applies to all orders and may take a little longer for larger crystals to ensure safe and secure delivery. During peak shopping periods, processing times may be longer and will be noted.

Please be aware that Amethyst Goddess does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 4 to 5 business days from the time of purchase unless there are any issues with stock availability. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Once Amethyst Goddess has transferred your package to the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for any further delays that may occur.

Upon shipping your order, we will send you a confirmation email that includes tracking information. We advise you to track your package closely to stay updated on its location. If you have a deadline or specific timeline, we strongly suggest considering expedited shipping options. Even if you reside locally, ground shipping can result in significant delays.
